About us

Kapital Legal is the brainchild of Kapital HR, a recruitment company developed by Alina Conu.

Since 2018, Kapital HR has been providing specialized recruitment services, at top quality standards, for local and multinational clients.

We have wished to create something different and ambitious within the recruitment industry. Thus, the recruitment of legal professionals is now under a new brand: Kapital Legal, which aims to become a benchmark when it comes to legal recruitment in Romania.

    Your consultant will write a description of the role you want to fill and post the vacancy on the existing job platforms or they will head-hunt the targeted candidates directly.

    As a result of the recruiting campaign or the direct approach of the relevant candidates, we will draw up a short list of applicants suitable for your role and send you their CVs so that you can evaluate them. We will also send you our assessment for each candidate, mentioning their salary expectations as well as the strengths and weaknesses we have identified.
